See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Berxhiku petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1509, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Berxhiku with a response on May 14, 2025. Consequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Berxhiku appealed the Office’s May 14, 2025 response, resulting in a new appeal which was opened as SPR25/1378. A determination was issued separately for that appeal on May 30, 2025. See SPR25/1378 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 30, 2025).
