Hoyte Records Access Officer Holbrook Police Department 300 South Franklin Street Holbrook, MA 02343 Dear Ms. Hoyte: I have received the petition of Richard Stagnone appealing the response of the Holbrook Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 15, 2025, Mr. Stagnone requested “all documents related to [an identified individual] from 2024.” The City responded on May 20, 2025. Unsatisfied by the response, Mr. Carver petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1551, was opened as a result. In an email dated June 3, 2025, Mr. Stagnone informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
