Assistant City Solicitor City of Worcester Law Department 455 Main Street, Suite 309 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Attorney Thompson: I have received the petition of Brandon Stokes, of 7NEWS WHDH Boston, appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 10, 2025, Mr. Stokes requested “police bodycam footage of [an identified] incident[.]” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Stokes petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1559, was opened as a result. In an email to this Office on June 6, 2025, Mr. Stokes stated “[t]his records request has been resolved with records provided.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Stokes may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
