See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 16, 2025, Ms. Foster requested: [1] [T]he executive session minutes from the following Board of Selectmen meetings … April 22, 2025[;] May 5, 2025[.] [2] [A]ny and all written records, correspondence, or internal communications created, received, or maintained by the Town Administrator, Town Counsel, or members of the Board of Selectmen related to a proposed or authorized cease and desist communication directed toward me whether or not such a communication was ever finalized, and including if such a communication was ever considered, discussed, or drafted. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Foster petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1580, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Foster with a response on June 9, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Foster has appealed the Town’s June 9, 2025 response resulting in a new appeal, which is currently opened as SPR25/1623.
