See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R.32.08(1). On May 19, 2025, in seven separate requests, Mr. Murphy sought the following: SPR25/1648; SPR25/1649; SPR25/1651; SPR25/1653; SPR25/1660; SPR25/1661 [1] All reports created by [six identified Quincy Police Officers] concerning [a specified incident] . . . on May 13, 2025, including all audio and video from any body cams or vehicle video camera or any other image capturing device during the entire incident at the Quincy Public Lands and CVS Parking LOT on the date described above[;] SPR25/1650 [2] [A] copy of the 91l made by [an identified individual] on May 13, 2025 at approximately 11: l 5am seeking assistance from the Quincy Police Department at the Quincy Public Lands concerning a trespasser at … Southern Artery, Quincy Massachusetts 02169[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Smith petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR25/1648; SPR25/1649; SPR25/1650; SPR25/1651; SPR25/1653; SPR25/1660 and SPR25/1661, were opened as a result. Consequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Murphy appealed the Department’s May 29, 2025 response, resulting in an appeal which is currently open as SPR25/1601.
