See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 21, 2025, Mr. Bombredi requested the following: [1] The meeting minutes from the May 20 Select Board meeting; [2] A copy of [an identified individual]’s proposed social media policy…; [3] Any other documents referenced or distributed during that meeting. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Bombredi petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1767, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Bombredi with a response on June 21, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bombredi may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s June 21st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
