See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 21, 2025, Mr. Xantus sought the following related to an incident on March 21, 2025: [1] A copy of the official incident report related to my 911 call[;] [2] Body-worn camera footage from both [an identified] Trooper and [an identified] Trooper from the time they arrived on the scene until the conclusion of their involvement in the incident[;] [3] Any audio recordings, dispatch logs, or dash camera footage related to the response of [two identified] Troopers. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR25/1680 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 24, 2025). In my June 24th determination, I closed SPR25/1680 in light of the Department providing Mr. Xantus with a supplemental response. The Department responded on June 13, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Xantus petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1811, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Xantus with an additional response on June 25, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s June 13th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
