G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Department furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Maria Rojas, of Rob Levine and Associates. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On June 12, 2025, Ms. Rojas requested “Police Report and Supplemental records regarding MVA occurred on 05/22/2025 where [two identified individuals] got injured[.]” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to this office on June 25, 2025, Ms. Rojas stated, “[r]elated fees approved by Atty. Corresponding documents and check will be mailed.” Where the requestor intends to pay the fees, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Department’s petition at this time.
