See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 2, 2025, Ms. Murray requested: [1] All email communications with attachments, showing costs and plans regarding speed bump construction projects on Allendale Road, Boston, MA from January 2025 – February 2025[;] [2] All records, including email communications with attachments, showing the costs and plans for bike lanes in the City of Boston from August 2022-present[;] [3] All email communication including attachments, sent or received, containing the following terms “bike lanes” or “bus lanes” from 2/3/25 – 2/21/25 and 3/7/25 – 4/3/25[;] [4] All email communications including attachments, sent or received from City of Boston Chief of the Streets . . ., containing the following “bike lanes” or “bus lanes” or “pedestrian connectedness” or “safety surge” or “30 day streets project review” or “streets project review” from 2/3/25 – 4/3/25[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Murray petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1906, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response.
