See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 3, 2025, Ms. Prescott requested “the official police report for a hit-and-run accident that occurred on May 28, 2024, at approximately 6:25 AM on Pond Street en route to Lexington, MA.” The Department responded on June 4, 2025, June 6, 2025 and July 8, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s responses, Ms. Prescott petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1973, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Prescott with a further response on July 9, 2025. In an email dated July 10, 2025, Ms. Prescott informed this office that she wishes to withdraw her appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
