See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 30, 2025, Mr. O’Leary requested “… Police reports for 3 January 2025 and 7 March 2025 for incidents at [a specified address].” The Department responded on July 2, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. O’Leary petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1978, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. O’Leary with a supplemental response on July 18, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s July 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. O’Leary may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s July 18th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
