Dowd, Esq. appealing the response of the Town of Townsend (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 20, 2025, Attorney Dowd requested, “[a]ll emails to and from [an identified individual’s] Townsend email address . . . from June 20, 2024, to the present.” The Town responded on July 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Attorney Dowd petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2025, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Dowd with a supplemental response on July 15, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s July 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
