Unsatisfied with the City’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2199, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided the requestor with a further response on July 31, 2025. In an email dated August 4, 2025, the requestor stated, “…we withdraw the original appeal petition we filed on 7/25/25[.]” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
