See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 14, 2025, Mr. Powell requested: [1] The name of all consultant/broker/advisors each municipality has outside of MSHG, and any/all annual fees paid to them. [2] Enrollment numbers by each health plan as of July 1, 2025. The numbers shall state Individual / Family number for Non-Medicare, and Medicare plans. [3] The monthly premiums for each health plan, Medicare / Non-Medicare effective July 1, 2025. The Group provided a response on July 29, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Group’s response, Mr. Powell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2222, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Group provided a supplemental response on August 4, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Group’s July 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Powell may appeal the substantive nature of the Group’s August 4th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
