See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 15, 2025, Mr. Kasperson requested, “[a] copy of the 2025 Retail License Renewal for [an identified company] signed by [an identified individual] on November 27, 2024.” On July 15, 2025, Mr. Kasperson stated, “[p]lease send me the document I requested without your post-it attached. I am looking for the document only.” On July 24, 2024, Mr. Kasperson stated, “…fulfill my FOIA request of my 2025 signed renewal form [without] your post-it attached.” The Town provided responses on July 15, 2025 and July 24, 2025. Unsatisfied with the responses, Mr. Kasperson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2272, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Kasperson with an additional response on August 6, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s July 15th and July 24th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kasperson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 6th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
