Terence McDonnell SPR25/2287; SPR25/2288; SPR25/2290 Page 2 August 14, 2025 Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Murphy petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR25/2287, SPR25/2288, and SPR25/2290, were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Murphy with a response on August 5, 2025. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed.
