[7] The names of every Police Officer who arrived at …School Street, Webster, Massachusetts 01570 on November 1, 2024. [8] The name of all supervising officers of the Webster Police Department on duty on November 1, 2024, from 5:00 am until 11:59 pm[.] The Department responded on May 28, 2025 and May 30, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s responses, Attorney Molleur petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2333, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided Attorney Molleur with further responses on August 6, 2025 and August 13, 2025. In an email dated August 13, 2025, Attorney Molleur informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
