See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 25, 2025, Mr. Mazurczyk requested, “[the] town manager … self-evaluation for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) I found on the town’s website. Please provide copies of officially signed evaluations of the town manager for the FY25, including his.” The Town responded on August 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2361, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Mazurczyk with a supplemental response on August 13, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s August 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 13th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
