The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records August 26, 2025 SPR25/2363 Judy MacDougall Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District 166 Mt. Prospect Street Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. MacDougall, I have received the appeal of Tracey Lincoln appealing the nonresponse of the Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 10, 2025, Ms. Lincoln requested “[a] copy of aggregated assessment data of HMH Growth Assessment that the 2024/2025, 10th grade students took.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Lincoln petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2363, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided Ms. Lincoln with a response on August 19, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lincoln may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Tracey Lincoln One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
