See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 31, 2025, Ms. Lennon requested: [1] [C]onfirmation from BCSO that these arrests happened at the Dartmouth HOC on the ... dates[:] 1/31/2025 at 11:36a, Guatemalan, male, birth year 1987 4/9/2025 at 5:57p, Mexican, male, birth year 1991 4/30/2025 at 10:57a, Ecuadoran, male, birth year 1988 [2] Also requesting the names of the individuals arrested by ICE on the above dates. Were they serving sentences and/or in pre-trial detention at the HOC at the the time of their arrests [3] Were they serving sentences and/or in pre-trial detention at the HOC at the Time of their arrests? [4] ... all audio and video footage (interior cameras, exterior cameras) that captured ICE and/or other federal officers carrying out the above listed arrests. The Office provided a response on August 4, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Ms. Lennon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2364, was opened as a result.
