The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records August 19, 2025 SPR25/2415 Joseph Fournier Dispatcher/Records Clerk Hudson Police Department 911 Municipal Drive Hudson, MA 01749 Dear Mr. Fournier: I have received the petition of Rebecca Mozdiez appealing the response of the Hudson Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 6, 2025, Ms. Mozdiez requested the “missing . . . photographs” from report concerning an identified incident dated March 19, 2025 at “. . . Pierce St Hudson, Ma[.]” The Department responded on August 11, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Mozdiez petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2415, was opened as a result. In an email dated August 18, 2025, Ms. Mozdiez informed this office that she wishes to withdraw her appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
