See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 25, 2025, Mr. Mazurczyk requested, “…copies of signed town manager evaluations, including his own self-evaluations, for the Fiscal Year (FY) FY2023 and FY2024.” The Town responded on August 7, 2025, assigning the request reference number 2025-0238. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2433, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on August 19, 2025. Where this appeal was opened based on the Town’s August 7, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 19th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
