See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 1, 2025, Mr. Palermo requested the following: [1] Any and all death records/certificates/autopsy reports/similar documentation for [an identified individual] who was born in Lithuania in approximately 1893, immigrated to the United States in approximately 1914, and died in Boston, MA, on July 11, 1958 . . . [2] Any and all death records/certificates/autopsy reports/similar documentation for [an identified individual] who was born in Lithuania in approximately 1886, immigrated to the United States in the year 1911, and died at the Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA, on July 25, 1962 . . . [3] Any and all death records/certificates/autopsy reports/similar documentation for [an identified individual] who was born in Italy on January 24, 1884, immigrated to the United States in the year 1904, and died in Methuen, MA, in February of 1968 . . . Sofya Gray SPR25/2456 Page 2 August 28, 2025 Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Palermo petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2456, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Division provided Mr. Palermo with a response on August 28, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Division’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
