Scott City Clerk City of Greenfield 14 Court Square Greenfield, MA 01301 Dear Ms. Scott: On August 20, 2025, this office received your petition on behalf of the City of Greenfield (City) seeking an extension of time to produce records. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Stephanie Duclos G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On August 4, 2025, Mr. Duclos requested “the requests, allocutions and bonds for the Green River School since 2015 to current[.]” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to this office on August 26, 2025, the City stated, “[t]he request was completed/fulfilled yesterday…” In light of the foregoing, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the City’s time petition.
