The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records September 5, 2025 SPR25/2526 Judy MacDougall Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District 166 Mt. Prospect Street Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. MacDougall I have received the petition of Tracey Lincoln appealing the nonresponse of Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 6, 2025, Ms. Lincoln requested “the number and/or a redacted list of [e]valuations and/or [reevaluations] that the district completed at the [h]igh [s]chool from September 2021 [to] June of 2025.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Lincoln petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2526, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the District has provided a response. Accordingly, the District is ordered to provide Ms. Lincoln with a response to her request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Lincoln may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
