See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 12, 2025, the requestor sought: [A]ll records of requests to use police and fire facilities for filming or recording content, including the approval or denial status and responses specifically access to and use of non-public areas or rooms within the facility, intended for private, commercial, or campaign purposes. Additionally provide detailed records of any money received as a result of said requests. The Department provided a response on August 25, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2597, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided the requestor with a further response on September 3, 2025. In correspondence to this office on September 3, 2025, the requestor stated that they wished to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
