See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 25, 2025, Ms. Ryan requested the following: 1. Number of Framingham Police Department take-home vehicles, not requesting vehicles that are utilized for purposes of undercover operations 2. Rank (patrol officer, sgt, Lt., Deputy Chief and or Chief) of individual who has an assigned take home vehicle 3. Name of individual who has an assigned take home vehicle *take home vehicle defined as any vehicle that is driven outside the City of Framingham on a daily basis, owned, leased, paid for by the City of Framingham and or any other public agency such as Framingham Housing Authority, Housing Authority, DEA, FBI any other governmental agency that provides such compensation for said vehicle 3. IA File of [a named individual.] The City responded on September 9, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Ryan petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/2671, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response by email to Ms. Ryan and this office on September 17, 2025. As this appeal was opened based on the City’s September 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Ryan may further appeal the substantive nature of the City’s September 17th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
