See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 24, 2025, Ms. Greeley requested, “[t]he Grant Agreement for Mental Health Services between Riverside Community Care and the City of Newton for the period beginning on 7/1/25 and ending on 6/30/26.” The City responded on July 24, 2025 and August 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the responses, Ms. Greeley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2680, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. Greeley with an additional response on September 18, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s July 24th and August 7th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Greeley may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s September 18th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
