G. L. c. 66, § 10(c). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Collaborative furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Kyle Noreiga, of Cogency Global Inc. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On August 28, 2025, Mr. Noreiga requested ”all communications in the custodial files of [an identified individual] that reference the following [nine specified] search terms[.]” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to the Collaborative and this office on September 11, 2025, Mr. Noreiga stated, “[w]e approve of the extension…” In light of the foregoing, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Collaborative’s petition for an extension of time.
