See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 14, 2025, Mr. Reiling requested, “[a]ny and all documentation pertaining to complaints, investigations and discipline of licensee [an identified individual]…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Reiling appealed this office and this appeal, SPR25/2697, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Reiling with responses on August 7, 2025 and September 15, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Reiling may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
