See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 27, 2025, Mr. Ferretti requested, “…a scan of the death certificate of [an identified individual], who died Sep 1, 1987.” The Town responded on August 27, 2025 and September 12, 2025, assigning the request reference number 25-1181. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Mr. Ferretti petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2704, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on September 24, 2025. Where this appeal was opened based on the Town’s August 27, 2025 and September 12, 20235 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Ferretti may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 24th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
