G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Office furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Karen Anzalone. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On August 21, 2025, Ms. Anzalone requested the following records between September 1, 2023 and March 1, 2025, “all records / communications / statements / research and / or documentation between [an identified individual] and EOHLC during [an identified individual’s] time in state housing at … Palmer Street in Winchester, MA.” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to this office on September 18, 2025, Ms. Anzalone stated, “I am sending a check in the amount of $54.00 via Federal Express to the attention of Adrian Walleigh of EOHLC…” Where the requestor intends to pay the fees, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Office’s petition at this time.
