Box 7 Hopedale, MA 01747 Dear Mr. Ruscitti: I have received the petition of Anthony Cilluffo appealing the response of the Town of Hopedale (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 18, 2025, following correspondence with the Town, Mr. Cilluffo made the following request: As you referenced supporting studies in your email, I request that you share those documents. You also mentioned a land survey—could you please provide that information as well? The Town responded on September 3, 2025; September 19, 2025 and September 22, 2025, providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Mr. Cilluffo petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2781, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on September 24, 2025. Where this appeal was opened based on the Town’s September 3, 2025; September 19, 2025 and September 22, 2025 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Cilluffo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 24th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
