G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the School furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Bob Brady. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On September 19, 2025, Mr. Brady requested the following records: [1] Fall 2024 student survey results for the Ipswich High School Girls Soccer Program; detailed with rating and free text comments[;] [2] Emails sent to [an identified individual] about the Girls soccer program or referencing [an identified individual] between August 2024 and June 2025[;] [3] Messages sent on TeamSnap to [identified individuals] regarding girls soccer. Subsequently, in an email to the School and this office on September 23, 2025, Mr. Brady states “[I] will modify [my] request shortly and send a new one over.” In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the School’s petition for permission to charge for time spent segregating or redacting responsive records. Further, this office encourages Mr. Brady and the School to continue to communicate to facilitate providing records more efficiently and affordably. See G. L. c. 66, § 10(b)(vii).
