Anop Esq. appealing the response of the Board of Registration in Nursing (Board) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 24, 2025, Attorney Anop requested, “a list of all licensed nurses with residential addresses in Chicopee, Hampden County, Massachusetts.” The Board responded on September 25, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Anop petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2835, was opened as a result. Subsequently, on October 3, 2025, the Board provided Attorney Anop with an additional response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Board’s September 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
