The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 6, 2025 SPR25/2835 Helen Rush-Lloyd Records Access Officer Board of Registration in Nursing 239 Causeway St., 5th Floor Boston, MA 02114 Dear Ms. Rush-Lloyd: I have received the petition of Victor M. Anop Esq. appealing the response of the Board of Registration in Nursing (Board) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 24, 2025, Attorney Anop requested, “a list of all licensed nurses with residential addresses in Chicopee, Hampden County, Massachusetts.” The Board responded on September 25, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Anop petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2835, was opened as a result. Subsequently, on October 3, 2025, the Board provided Attorney Anop with an additional response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Board’s September 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Anop may appeal the substantive nature of the Board’s October 3rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Victor M.
