The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 7, 2025 SPR25/2848 Amy Kane Records Access Officer City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Kane: I have received the petition of Alberto Brito appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 11, 2025, Mr. Brito requested the following: [1] Any signed NDA or similar signed agreement enter in to by [an identified individual] between 9/9/2025 and present[;] [2] Any document regarding [an identified individual’s] employment status, administrative leave or otherwise similarly natured documents between 9/9/2025 and present. The City responded on September 15, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Brito petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2848, was opened as a result. Subsequently, on October 1, 2025, the City provided Mr. Brito with an additional response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s September 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brito may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s October 1st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
