See G. L. c. 66, §10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 5, 2025, Piper Pavelich, also of The Bedford Citizen, requested, “...any and all complaints filed with the Bedford School Committee/Bedford Public Schools Human Resources Department/Bedford Public School District against [an identified individual] while he has been employed by Bedford Public Schools. From approximately July 1, 2023 to present day.” The School provided a response on September 23, 2025. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Fonda petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2876, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School sent a further response to Mr. Fonda on October 15, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s September 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fonda may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s October 15th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
