See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 19, 2025, Attorney Paikopoulos requested “records pertaining to [a named individual] regarding . . . [two specified] . . . incidents which were handled by the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office. Such request includes, but is not limited to, any/all police reports, statements of facts, and filed criminal complaints.” The Office responded on October 3, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Attorney Paikopoulos petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/2908, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the Office on October 16, 2025, Attorney Paikopoulos states that “this matter has been resolved, and I seek to withdraw my appeal.” In light of Attorney Paikopoulos’s October 16th email, I will now consider this appeal closed.
