See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Unsatisfied with the responses, Mr. Wall petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2960, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Mr. Wall with an additional response on October 9, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s September 5th and September 25th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wall may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s October 9th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
