The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 21, 2025 SPR25/2969 Meagan Horn, Esq. Assistant District Attorney Appeals and Training Bureau Middlesex District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney Horn: I have received the petition of Adam Bradley appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 29, 2025, Mr. Bradley requested “a copy of the 24 [h]our version of the 7-11 convenience store surveillance video at 826 Boston Road, Billerica, M[A] 01862 that was preserved and used in [an identified Middlesex Superior Court Case] and confiscated during the July 7th, 2012 . . . homicide in Billerica, M[A].” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Bradley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2969, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Bradley with a response dated October 10, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bradley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
