G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding the Town furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor, Peter M. Vetere, Esq., of Verrill Dana, LLP. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On September 26, 2025, Attorney Vetere requested “all records evidencing the Board of Health’s issuance of a site assignment pursuant to G.L. c. 111, § 150A, for the Crapo Hill Landfill.” It is my understanding that on October 10, 2025, Attorney Vetere modified the request to seek “…final decisions relating site assignment[.]” Conclusion In light of the decision to modify the scope of the request, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Town’s petition at this time.
