Jundanian, Esq. appealing the response of the Town of Uxbridge (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 11, 2025, Attorney Jundanian requested the following: [1] All records evidencing or relating to new water connections within the East Street Water District from April 1, 2016 through the present including, without limitation, applications, plans, agendas, meeting minutes, emails, correspondence, permits, inspection reports and decisions[;] [2] All records stating, evidencing or indicating the total number of water connections within the East Street Water District on an annual basis for the past ten years. The Town responded on September 25 and September 26, 2025. Unsatisfied with the responses, Attorney Jundanian petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2985, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Jundanian with an additional response on October 17, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 25th and September 26th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Jundanian may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s October 17th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
