See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 3, 2025, Mr. Fasulo requested: [1] Minutes of the August 28, 2025 Zoning Board of appeals meeting[;] [2] Any document bearing the Name [identified individual] from the planning dept.[;] [3] Any document bearing the name [identified individual] from the building dept.[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records Mr. Fasulo petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3009, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Fasulo with responses on October 15, 2025 and October 24, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
