See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 26, 2025, Mr. Neal requested, “...any police incident reports, communications concerning and dispatcher logs on the following [identified] individual, within the past 5 years from today’s date.” The Department provided a response on October 14, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Neal petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3021, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department sent a supplemental response to this office on October 29, 2025. This office has provided the response to Mr. Neal. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s October 14, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Neal may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s October 29th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
