See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 21, 2025, Mr. Greve requested, “... copies of any materials in its custody related to the following [identified] complaints[.]” The AGO provided Mr. Greve with a response on October 6, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Greve petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3031, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the AGO provided Mr. Greve with a further response on October 16, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the AGO’s October 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Greve may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO’s October 16th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
