See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 17, 2025, Mr. Ruiz requested “body worn camera footage of [two identified police officers] on the date of December 20, 2021 in Walmart located at [a specified address].” The Office responded on October 8, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Ruiz petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/3042, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided Mr. Ruiz with a further response on October 20, 2025. Whereas this appeal was opened based on the Office’s October 8th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ruiz may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s October 20th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
