Prospect Street Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. MacDougall: I have received the petition of Tracey Lincoln appealing the response of the Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 21, 2025, Ms. Lincoln requested “copies of all invoices related to the training provided to staff on conducting academic or educational assessments like the WIAT IV from 2019 to the present [including] any documents that outline the services rendered, payment details, and any contracts associated with these training sessions.” The District responded on September 23, 2025, providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the District’s response, Ms. Lincoln petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3080, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided a further response on October 29, 2025. Where this appeal was opened based on the District’s September 23, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Lincoln may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s October 29th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
