Prospect Street Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. MacDougall: I have received the petition of Tracey Lincoln appealing the response of the Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 19, 2025, Ms. Lincoln requested “all the invoices associated with this Account # 0102358401176255 and/or 2358 EXP, Contracted Prof Develop Vendors, for the past 3 school years.” The District responded on September 23, 2025, providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the District’s response, Ms. Lincoln petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3082, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided a further response on October 27, 2025. Where this appeal was opened based on the District’s September 23, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Lincoln may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s October 27th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
