See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 18, 2025, Mr. Kimball requested, “[a]ny/all emails to MassPort employees associated with [an identified location] from email addresses terminating in [an identified email address] or [an identified email address] which include any of the following words or phrases:” - ICE (all capitalized) - I.C.E. - Immigration and Customs Enforcement - CSI - GlobalX - Global Crossing - Avelo - Eastern Air Express - Detainee For the purpose of this request, all records from the last two years will be sufficient. The Authority responded on October 15, 2025, “[w]e are working on this request.” Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Kimball petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3127, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Mr. Kimball with a further response on October 30, 2025.
