Prospect Street Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. MacDougall: On October 28, 2025, this office received your petition on behalf of the Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District (District) seeking an extension of time to produce records. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, I understand that the District furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On September 21, 2025, Ms. Lincoln requested “copies of all invoices related to the training provided to staff on conducting academic or educational assessments like the WIAT IV from 2019 to the present [including] any documents that outline the services rendered, payment details, and any contracts associated with these training sessions.” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to the requestor and this office on October 29, 2025, Ms. MacDougall stated, “I would like to respectfully withdraw the appeal for an extension of time, as it wasn’t relevant to the appeal’s content... We estimate delivery of the documents to Mrs. Lincoln by Friday, October 31, 2025.” In light of the above, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the District’s petition for an extension of time.
